For second opinions, complex diagnostic cases, extended medical record review, or cases requiring coordination across multiple treating providers. Ideal for situations where prior treatment hasn't clarified the diagnosis, medication history is complicated, or you're seeking an independent, in-depth reassessment.
Dr. Frazier brings specialized training in detailed record analysis and careful diagnostic reasoning — particularly useful for cases with extensive documentation, conflicting prior assessments, or subtle nuance that's been difficult to pin down.

Rate is determined by case complexity — including volume of records, number of providers involved, and consultation time required.
Records may be submitted by PDF or fax. Submission is required before a quote can be provided, and does not guarantee that a case will be accepted. If a case is not accepted, submitted records are destroyed within 30 days.
