Forensic Psychiatric Evaluations & Expert Witness Services
Dr. Sadé Frazier is a board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship training in forensic psychiatry, completed at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and child & adolescent psychiatry, completed at Westchester Medical Center in affiliation with New York Medical College. She has clinical experience across private and public sector settings and has been qualified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Dr. Frazier is licensed in New Jersey and New York, and provides independent evaluations and expert consultation for attorneys, courts, school districts, and employers. She practices and accepts forensic cases in New Jersey and will consider inquiries for New York cases.

Process
All forensic engagements begin with a formal retainer agreement outlining scope of work. An initial retainer is required before work begins. Services are then billed at an hourly rate.
Scope & Limitations
Forensic services are provided in New Jersey; New York cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Dr. Frazier does not accept cases involving NJ state entities (e.g., DCPP).
No "pro se" or self-represented cases.
All forensic work requires a formal agreement and retainer, billed hourly.
