Dr. Frazier completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Westchester Medical Center/New York Medical College, where she served as chief fellow. This training grounds every evaluation in a developmental, whole-child approach — not just symptom checklists.

Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluation
For ages 12+
A 90–120 minute, in-depth consultation drawing on fellowship-trained expertise in child and adolescent psychiatry — designed to bring clarity to complex or overlapping symptoms during a developmentally critical stage.
Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, including developmental, academic, family, and social history — helping to clarify diagnoses that can look similar on the surface (e.g., anxiety vs. mood symptoms, ADHD vs. trauma responses, early signs of bipolar spectrum illness)
Dedicated time with parents/guardians, in addition to time with your teen, to gather a full picture and align on next steps
Personalized, developmentally-informed treatment recommendations, considering medication, therapy modalities, and school-based supports as appropriate
Written summary and recommendations, formatted to be shared with your child's school, pediatrician, or therapist if desired
One optional 30-minute follow-up visit, available within 45 days, included in your bundled rate

This evaluation is a clinical consultation intended to support your child's ongoing care — including, where relevant, documentation you can choose to share with your child's school to support a 504 Plan or IEP request.
